Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Montague Gower Furniture Ltd and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.

The terms Mahogany & Yew, refer to the finish only and do not mean that the article is made entirely of that material.

Availability
We aim to deliver to you from stock. However all orders are accepted subject to availability and delivery lead times will be confirmed to you within 1 week of ordering with us.

Pricing / Payment
All prices are quoted in pound sterling and are exclusive of VAT. Please call for container pricing.

Delivery
Our goods require a signature on delivery, if we are unable to deliver and sign off an item at an agreed date and address then there will be extra charges for a new delivery attempt. We are very happy to accept orders from all over the world although we will have to quote delivery charges separately and cannot be held responsible for any local import duty at destination.

Exchange/Returns
We want you to love our furniture as much as we do and we make every effort to ensure that goods arrive with you
in good condition. All items go through our quality control before being sent. Should an item arrive faulty please
contact us immediately at time of receiving the goods.

Data Protection
To comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name
and address on our computer for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with
Montague Gower furniture ltd news and offers. Your name and address will not be given or sold to third parties.
Please let us know if you object to our keeping this information, and we will delete it.

Right of Ownership
All goods shall remain the property of Montague Gower Furniture Ltd until full and final payment is made.
Upon full and final payment legal title of items shall pass to the purchaser.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, Montague Gower Furniture Ltd reserves the right to modify all designs as necessary.
On the rare occasion that there is an error we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
Many of the designs are manufactured exclusively by us and the © copyright of all images and designs shown in our Catalogue, at Exhibitions etc, and and on our website belong to Montague Gower Furniture Ltd exclusively.

The wood shades shown cannot be used as an exact copy due to the printing process.
